I just heard a new word in the travel world – glamping! Any idea what it is? Well, according to Susan Emerson Nutter’s article in
Antique Week magazine, it’s a way to glamorize camping. She talks about taking a vintage motor home and going retro. Think of “I Love Lucy” and her little camper. That’s what comes to my mind. Just think – there’s at least enough room in one of these vintage numbers to display a few flea market finds, a kind of camper museum if you will. And then you can tell people you are partaking in the new fad – glamping. Let me know if you are a glamper. I’d love to hear from you.
